7xCC Virtual Fitness Challenge

7xCC is hosting its Annual Fitness Challenge. It's a virtual event for 21 days. Activities include Ride, Run and Walk. Individual can do their activity from anywhere and anytime. They can do either one or a combination of activities in a day.

 

To make it more challenging, we are introducing the Duathlon in this challenge. It's not mandatory for the participant to do it but can try and test their limits.

 

Idea is to develop a healthy habit of staying consistent and be the better version of yourself.
